Install
When installing the gasket, ensure that the surface of the board is clean, flat, and free of scratches and deformation. Correctly select the specification and model of the gasket to match the size of the plate. Apply even force during installation to avoid twisting or damaging the gasket.
Maintain
Regularly check the sealing performance of the gasket, and replace the gasket promptly if any leakage is found. When cleaning plate heat exchangers, pay attention to protecting the gaskets and avoid using corrosive cleaning agents or excessive force to scrub. When storing gaskets, direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humid environments should be avoided to extend the service life of the gaskets.
