In the past ten years, we've been committed to the production and sales of high-end plates and gaskets. With a wide range of models, our products have gradually become perfect replacements for international brand plate heat exchangers.
We use more than 400 kinds of precision molds, large presses, and vulcanizers to ensure plate accuracy, high heat transfer efficiency, and temperature resistance, sealing and high quality of gaskets.
The process quality standards that we adopt are the same as those of international brands, especially in the use of special materials for plates and gaskets.
Feature
1. Gaskets have good plate covering performance, and fit perfectly in the grooves, no leakage caused.
2. Our NBR gasets can reach 140 degree celsius, which expand the application of whole complete heat exchangers.
3. Widely adopt same synthetic rubber material and producing technology with Vicarb, so quality is assured.
4. We have passed FDA certificate on both NBR and EPDM, so it can be used in food grade sanitary working conditions
