Electric control regulating valves are widely used in building automatic control systems such as urban heating, cooling, gas supply, air conditioning, etc. They are also suitable for production process automatic control systems in industries such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, power, and food.
Our company independently develops and produces electric two-way/three-way control valves and electric temperature control valves. It can also fully adopt Xinao's high-quality control valves. And it can be flexibly adjusted according to the different on-site system equipment to achieve precise matching with the system, eliminate static errors, run smoothly, respond sensitively, and extend the service life.
It can be equipped with a new on-site independent controller with PID regulation function, precise control, multi loop control, diverse functions, and can achieve control of fluid flow rate, pressure, pressure difference, temperature, humidity, enthalpy value, and air quality.
The actuator has electric mechanical and electric hydraulic types, with manual and automatic adjustment functions, sensitive adjustment, large shut-off force, and adjustable flow characteristics (linear percentage). The electric actuator is equipped with a power-off automatic reset protection function. In the event of a sudden power outage in the system, the valve can automatically close (or fully open) and receive signals of 0-10V or 4-20mA, with valve position feedback function.
The valve seat is suitable for regulating chilled water, low-pressure hot water, domestic hot water, high-pressure hot water, seawater, hot oil, and steam in circulation pipelines. It has good linearity, large adjustability, tight sealing, high temperature resistance, and anti cavitation.

The control unit has proportional integral (PI) or proportional integral derivative (PID) adjustment functions, ensuring stable and accurate control.

d, The valve body seal adopts a V-shaped high-temperature sealing component to prevent the possibility of valve stem locking or leakage.
e, The valve stem or seat is paired and ground to ensure that the leakage is far below the national allowable standard, and zero leakage can be achieved.
